Returns
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are generally responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
However, if the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect, Thalorinex will cover the return shipping expenses or provide a prepaid return label.
Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it might take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at 📧 support@thalorinex.com.
Include clear photos of the issue and a short description of the problem.
We’ll arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
